These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Yoco for GoHighLevel payment integration (the "Service") provided by Elegant Work Group ("we", "us", "our").
By installing, connecting, or using the Service, you ("you", the "Merchant") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is an independent application that connects your GoHighLevel account to your own Yoco merchant account so you can accept South African card payments in ZAR on invoices, payment links, order forms, and subscriptions. We provide the connecting software; we are not a payment processor and we do not hold or settle funds. The Service is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Yoco or GoHighLevel.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must hold a valid, active Yoco merchant account and a GoHighLevel account, and comply with their respective terms of service.
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys and account credentials secure and confidential.
- You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are the merchant of record for all sales processed through your Yoco account and are responsible for the goods or services you sell.
- You must use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate transactions, and must not sell goods or services prohibited under Yoco's acceptable-use rules or applicable law.
- You are responsible for your own tax, invoicing, and consumer-law obligations to your customers.
4. Fees
The Service is currently provided on a testing and evaluation basis. Any fees that may apply to the Service in future will be communicated to you in advance. Yoco charges its own transaction-processing fees under your agreement with Yoco; those fees are separate from, and not controlled by, us.
5. Payments and settlement
All card payments are processed by Yoco on Yoco's hosted checkout. Funds settle directly to your Yoco merchant account according to Yoco's terms and settlement schedule. We never take custody of your funds.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on Yoco and GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for outages, changes, errors, or decisions made by those platforms, including approval or suspension of your accounts or any delay in settlement.
7. Intellectual property
The Service software and its underlying code are owned by Elegant Work Group. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no ownership is transferred.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elegant Work Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elegant Work Group against claims, losses, and costs arising from your use of the Service, your sales, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Term and termination
You may stop using the Service and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required for security or legal reasons.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
